My 2023 Resolutions

  • To not bitch, moan, or argue about the small stuff. To stop and ask myself: Does this matter?

  • To ask my body: Do you need this? To listen to my body when it says No or Yes.

  • To stop and think a moment and listen to the other person and remember that it’s not all about me – in fact, it’s mostly not about me. (My husband will love this one!).

  • To appreciate more and waste less.

  • To translate my thoughts into words in a clearer way.

  • To say aloud, “I love you!”
